Rewarding Staff Efforts: Sanwo-Olu Approved Bonuses and Benefits that will Serves As Palliative For Lagos State Workers During this Feast Period



Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu has consistently demonstrated his commitment to the well-being of Lagos State workers through various means.

In a notable move, the Governor has generously sanctioned the disbursement of an End-of-Year Bonus equivalent to 50% of the Basic Salary for all Political Appointees and Public Servants. This extends to employees of Local Governments & Local Council Development Areas, Lagos State Universal Basic Education Board (LASUBEB), and Lagos Neighborhood Safety Corps (LNSC). Such a gesture underscores the administration's recognition of the hard work and dedication of its workforce.

Furthermore, Governor Sanwo-Olu has extended this financial benefit by approving a 50% Basic Salary as End-of-Year Bonus, along with the Wage Award (PALLIATIVE). This additional support will be disbursed concurrently with the December 2023 salary, constituting a "NON TAXABLE ELEMENT."   Mrs. Kafilat Ogbara was born to Alhaji and Alhaja M. Ade. Kasumu’s family in Aiyepe Ogun State.
