It's 4 years now, but it seems like yesterday. Mayoress of Ikosi Isheri LCDA eulogies late Senator Dhikrullahi Adebayo Osinowo.

On this red-letter day, June 15th, we solemnly commemorate the fourth anniversary of your passing. It feels like yesterday that we lost you, a rare gem, father,  mentor, and an exceptional leader who continues to linger in our hearts.

Pepperito, you were not just a political figure; you were a beacon of hope and a pillar of strength for many. Your dedication to the service of our community and your unwavering commitment to the welfare of the people of Kosofe LGA and Lagos State at large has left an indelible mark on us all. Your legacy of selfless service and principled leadership continues to inspire and guide us as we navigate the challenges of governance and community development.

Today, as we remember you, we pray to Almighty Allah to forgive your sins and grant you Aljannah Firdaus. Your contributions to the political landscape and  tireless efforts to uplift the lives of the less privileged will never be forgotten.

We pray for Allah's divine guidance and protection over your family and loved ones. May they find solace in the enduring legacy of a man who gave so much of himself for the betterment of others.

Adieu, Pepperito. Your memory remains a guiding light for us all. We miss you deeply, and your spirit lives on in every heart you touched.

With profound respect and heartfelt sorrow,
