On behalf of the good people of Lagos East Senatorial District, I extend my heartfelt congratulations to an accomplished  technocrat, the Honourable Minister for Solid Minerals Development,  Dr.Henry Dele Alake, on the joyous occasion of his 68th birthday.

Your exemplary career as a journalist, pro-democracy campaigner, and public servant has left an indelible mark on our dear nation. From your pivotal role as Lagos State Commissioner for Information and Strategy (1999–2007), where your contributions helped shape the state's communication landscape, to your  new role as the Minister of Solid Minerals Development, your dedication to Nigeria’s progress has been unwavering.

Our great party, the All Progressives Congress, APC is extremely proud of your contributions to the advancement of the cause of the progressives since the beginning of this current fourth republic in 1999. At every crucial point, you have always stood to be counted for good causes. 

As you celebrate your birthday today, we recognize your outstanding contributions to nation-building and your unrelenting commitment to Nigeria’s development. May you continue to be blessed with good health, wisdom, and success in your future endeavours.

Mayoress Princess Samiat Abolanle Bada Distributes Governor Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu's Food Palliatives to Ikosi Isheri Residents

In a heartening display of solidarity and support, Governor Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu's food palliatives were distributed to the residents of Ikosi Isheri Local Council Development Area (LCDA) today. WHO IS KAFILAT OGBARA

  Mrs. Kafilat Ogbara was born to Alhaji and Alhaja M. Ade. Kasumu’s family in Aiyepe Ogun State. She attended Adrao International School in Victoria Island and Federal Home Science PSchool Ikoyi, Lagos respectively. Her Secondary School Education was at Federal Government Girls College Langtang, Plateau State. A graduate of English Language and Literature from the University of Lagos, she also acquired her Masters Degree in International Law and Diplomacy and another Masters Degree in Public Administration all from the University of Lagos.
