Kabiyesi, over 20 years you ascended the throne of your forefathers, you have led a life of purpose, dedication, and selfless service to the people, making your reign most remarkable. You are a true embodiment of selflessness and devotion to the public good. We are extremely proud of your tremendous contributions to the overall development of our dear state, making you a guiding light to many.

We are not surprised by the exemplary leadership you are demonstrating on the throne, considering your illustrious career in the Nigerian Police Force, marked by discipline, professionalism and excellence. Your remarkable record of service remains a reference point in the Force till date.

In your esteemed role as the Permanent Chairman of the Lagos State Council of Obas and Chiefs, you have been a central figure in maintaining peace, unity, and progress in our dear state. Your dedication to preserving our cultural heritage and the rich history of Lagos is both inspiring and invaluable.

Sir, as you mark this auspicious day, we pray that the Almighty God continues to grant you good health, wisdom, and strength. May your reign on the throne of your forefathers be long and blessed, and may you witness many more years of peace, prosperity, and joy in Lagos. Ameen.

Mayoress Princess Samiat Abolanle Bada Distributes Governor Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu's Food Palliatives to Ikosi Isheri Residents

In a heartening display of solidarity and support, Governor Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu's food palliatives were distributed to the residents of Ikosi Isheri Local Council Development Area (LCDA) today. The distribution, orchestrated by the Mayoress and her team, exemplifies the Lagos State Government's dedication to alleviating the challenges faced by its citizens during these unprecedented times. The food palliatives, comprising over 5,000 crates of eggs, bread, yams, and various other essential items, were distributed to party faithfuls and residents across Ikosi Isheri LCDA. WHO IS KAFILAT OGBARA

  Mrs. Kafilat Ogbara was born to Alhaji and Alhaja M. Ade. Kasumu’s family in Aiyepe Ogun State. She attended Adrao International School in Victoria Island and Federal Home Science PSchool Ikoyi, Lagos respectively. Her Secondary School Education was at Federal Government Girls College Langtang, Plateau State. A graduate of English Language and Literature from the University of Lagos, she also acquired her Masters Degree in International Law and Diplomacy and another Masters Degree in Public Administration all from the University of Lagos. Mrs. Kafilat Ogbara started her career in Property and Facility Management in the Family Business.
