The atmosphere was electric as the commissioner, in a bold show of commitment to youth empowerment, announced the life-changing grant—further proving that Lagos State is serious about turning dreams into reality.

This strategic intervention aligns seamlessly with Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu's THEMES+ Agenda, reinforcing the administration’s dedication to youth inclusion, economic empowerment, and gender equality. WHO IS KAFILAT OGBARA

  Mrs. Kafilat Ogbara was born to Alhaji and Alhaja M. Ade. Kasumu’s family in Aiyepe Ogun State. She attended Adrao International School in Victoria Island and Federal Home Science PSchool Ikoyi, Lagos respectively.
