In a moment that left the crowd in awe, the Lagos State Commissioner for Youth and Social Development, Hon. Mobolaji Ogunlende, stunned attendees at the Youth Leadership Convention with a surprise ₦1 million grant to a young entrepreneur with a groundbreaking business idea.

The event, themed "Inspiring Possibilities," held at the prestigious Pistis Conference Centre in Lekki, brought together ambitious youths eager to showcase their innovative multimillion-naira business concepts. The atmosphere was electric as the commissioner, in a bold show of commitment to youth empowerment, announced the life-changing grant—further proving that Lagos State is serious about turning dreams into reality.

This strategic intervention aligns seamlessly with Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu's THEMES+ Agenda, reinforcing the administration’s dedication to youth inclusion, economic empowerment, and gender equality. By investing in young visionaries, Lagos is not just fostering entrepreneurship but also securing its future as the economic powerhouse of Nigeria.

WHO IS KAFILAT OGBARA

  Mrs. Kafilat Ogbara was born to Alhaji and Alhaja M. Ade. Kasumu’s family in Aiyepe Ogun State. She attended Adrao International School in Victoria Island and Federal Home Science PSchool Ikoyi, Lagos respectively.   Princess Samiat Abolanle Bada Princess Samiat Abolanle Bada was born into the blessed family of the late Alhaji Olatunji Raheem Bada and the late Chief Mrs. Afolakemi Bada (JP) in Odogbolu, Ogun State, on December 28th, 1973.
